Recipe for wheat germ porridge?

2 1/2 cups rolled whole oats 3/4 cup sesame seeds 3/4 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup nuts (any kind) 1/2 cup oil (your choice) 1/2 cup honey (your choice) 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup chopped dates salt
1. Mix oats, sesame seeds, wheat germ and nuts in a good sized bowl. 2. In another bowl or large measuring cup,measure oil, add honey, mix and pour over oat mixture. 3. Stir well to blend and coat granola. 4. Spread out evenly on cookie sheet or in baking pan. 5. Bake at 250 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Stir every 15 during baking to prevent scorching. 7. Be careful not to over brown. 8. Stir in dry fruits while mixture is still warm. 9. Let cool and store in airtight container.
